Eligible Items

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Defective or incorrect items are always eligible for return
How to Start a Return

Submit a request

Fill out our [Return Request Form] or email us at sales@thrivingapparel.com with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for approval

We’ll reply within 1-2 business days with next steps and a return shipping address (or prepaid label if applicable).

Ship your item back

Carefully repackage and ship the item. Keep your tracking number.

Receive a refund or exchange

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund/exchange within 2-3 business days.

Item Condition
To be accepted, returned items must meet all of the following requirements:

They are unworn.

They are unwashed.

They have all original tags attached.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
